TERMS & CONDITIONS
By embarking on a journey with Noor Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Noor Tours operates under the license of Tariqa Habibiya, a 501(c)3 organization, and is solely responsible for organizing and administering tours.
BOOKING CONTRACT
Your booking is confirmed when Noor Tours or your travel agent issues a written confirmation after receiving the applicable deposit or payment. Ensure your confirmation is accurate and report any discrepancies immediately. You must be at least 18 years old, and providing accurate information is essential.
BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS
Booking for others makes you the contact person. You are responsible for payments, communication, and accuracy of information. Ensure you have obtained necessary consents for others and verify provided information.
MEDICAL INFORMATION GUIDELINES
While a medical form isn't mandatory, you may be asked to provide relevant information if pre-existing conditions could affect travel. The completion of a Medical Form is necessary only if disclosing a major illness.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Any special requirements must be disclosed at booking. While Noor Tours strives to accommodate requests, it's not always possible given destinations and itinerary limitations.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult. One adult may accompany up to two minors. The minimum age for minors on any tour is 12 years old. Bookings with minors are subject to review and approval.
INSURANCE GUIDELINES
Though not mandatory, we highly recommend travel insurance with minimum coverage of US$200,000 for the entire tour, including medical, evacuation, and repatriation. Inform your insurer about your travel details for appropriate coverage.
PRICES, SURCHARGES, AND TAXES
Tour prices are subject to change up to 30 days before departure. Surcharges may apply for various reasons. Noor Tours will notify you of any price changes, and you may choose to accept or cancel the booking.
VALIDITY
Tour details, itineraries, and prices are subject to change. Stay updated on your Tour details by checking Noor Tours' website at least 72 hours before departure.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Lifetime Deposits are non-expiring and transferable.
DETAILS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING
Provide required information at booking. Failure to do so may result in administrative fees. Noor Tours is not responsible for any costs due to incomplete information.
AIRFARE
Tour prices exclude airfare. Noor Tours is not responsible for changes in air itineraries or flight times.
FINAL PAYMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING
Final payment is due 60 days before departure. Failure to pay may result in rate changes or cancellation with applicable fees.
CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT
Cancellation fees apply based on the date of cancellation, expressed as a percentage of the total price. Lifetime Deposits are held according to the Terms.
In the event that certain products or services offered by the Tour Operator are combined, alternative cancellation terms may apply. The Tour Operator will advise you of any such requirements prior to confirmation of the applicable booking.
Cancellation of Arrival Transfers, Pre and Post Night Accommodations, My Own Room and optional activities booked directly with the Tour Operator:
(a) Cancellation 31 days or more before departure: you will receive a full refund in respect of canceled Arrival Transfers, Pre and Post Night Accommodations, My Own Room and optional activities.
(b) Cancellation 30 days or less before departure: No refund will be payable in respect of any canceled Arrival Transfers, Pre and Post Night Accommodations, My Own Room and optional activities.
GUARANTEED DEPARTURES & CANCELLATION
A departure date becomes guaranteed when at least one booking with a valid deposit is secured. We promise that booked and deposit-secured Tour departures will proceed as confirmed, with potential reasonable itinerary changes and considerations for health and safety. This guarantee excludes Force Majeure. Stay updated on Tour details through our website or contact us directly. Please note that accommodations may be subject to changes without prior notice. Should you be dissatisfied, refunds are available up to 7 days prior to departure at the discretion of the booking parties.
CANCELLATION OPTIONS
If we cancel a Tour (non-Force Majeure) and it's not due to your fault, you can choose: (a) a substitute Tour of equal or superior value; (b) a lesser value substitute with a refund for the price difference; or (c) a full refund of all payments for the cancelled Tour. We aren't liable for incidental expenses due to cancellations, but may issue a full refund at our discretion.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You're responsible for required documentation. Ensure your passport is valid 6 months post-Tour. You're liable for all costs from missing or defective documents. We don't provide advice on travel documents and aren't responsible for errors or omissions.
FLEXIBILITY & UNUSED SERVICES
Adventure travel requires flexibility. Itineraries may change due to unforeseen events. No refunds for missed services. You're responsible for incidentals, including expenses from changes not caused by us.
CHANGES
Changes by us: We may alter itineraries or accommodations reasonably. For Material Changes, you can accept, choose an alternative (with price adjustments), or cancel with a full refund if notified more than 14 days before departure.
Changes by you: Changes depend on availability and incur costs plus an administrative fee. No changes within 10 days of the first product's departure.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
Adventure travel involves risks. By traveling with us, you assume responsibility for these risks, releasing us from claims arising. Consider risks associated with the destination, activities, and your capabilities.
LIABILITY
We're not liable for Third Party Suppliers, and your claims aren't our responsibility. Optional Extras are at your risk. Our liability is limited by international conventions.
FORCE MAJEURE
We're not liable for events beyond our control, like Acts of God, war, terrorism, or government restrictions. We're not responsible for resulting losses or failure to fulfill duties.
