This is an exclusive, spiritually enriching 7-day retreat for women in the heart of Fes, Morocco. Participants will be transported from the airport to a private women-only riad, providing a safe and tranquil space to unwind and connect. This retreat is designed to deepen participants' spiritual journey through Quranic recitation, Dhikr and the teachings of Tasawwuf. Joined by some of Morocco's most esteemed women in spirituality, attendees will have unparalleled access to local Maqams, Zawiyas, and spiritual guides, creating a once-in-a-lifetime experience of sisterhood and devotion in the sacred city of Fes

Daily Itinerary

November 24

Day 1: Arrival and Welcome

Morning/Afternoon: Airport transfer to our exclusive women's riad in Fes, courtesy of Noor-Tours.
Evening: Welcome with Moroccan tea and introduction to the retreat's facilitators.
Initial Dhikr session under the stars in the Riad's courtyard.

November 25

Day 2: Introduction to Fes and Foundations of Dhikr

Morning: Start with an opening circle led by Sheikha Mona Hassan, and Madiha Chafik
Guided tour of the Medina, perfect for some shopping and sightseeing.
Afternoon: Visit the Zawiya of Ahmed Tijani.
Evening: Regroup at the riad for a Dhikr session and a discussion led by Sheikha Mona Hassan on the essence of Tasawwuf.

November 26

Day 3: Deepening Spiritual Practices

Morning: Visit the historical site of Moulay Idriss II with exclusive access for our group, exploring its importance in Islamic heritage.
Afternoon: Head to the secluded Khalwa of Imam Jazuli for a personal session of Dhikr and contemplation.
Evening: Engage in an interactive session on Quranic recitation techniques, followed by Qasidahs with Khaula Darqawi.

November 27

Day 4: Deepening Spiritual Practices

Morning: Participate in a workshop on Sufism’s principles and historical female figures with Sayeda Imami.
Afternoon: Exclusive access to the Zawiya and Maqam of Sheikh Muhammad ibn al-Habib, with discussions and interactions with the local women of the Zawiya.
Evening: Join a Dhikr session at the Maqam of Sheikh Habib, led by the women of the Zawiya.

november 28

Day 5: Embracing Sisterhood and Culture

Morning: Visit the women's Sufi center in Fes, participating in a community Dhikr and sharing experiences with Dr. Aziz Qubaiti.
Afternoon: Enjoy some free time for exploration, shopping, or relaxation in Fes. Opt for a group Hammam experience if desired.
Evening: Attend a special gathering with Moroccan women of Tasawwuf, sharing stories, music, and Qasidahs.

November 29

Day 6: Integration and Reflection

Morning: Visit to the historic Bab Fatouh
Afternoon: Visit Zawiya Sidi Abdul Qadir al-Fassi for group Dhikr.
Evening: The retreat concludes with a celebratory dinner and a farewell Dhikr session.

november 30

Day 7: Departure

Morning: Closing circle and farewell breakfast.
Afternoon: Airport transfers for departure, carrying forward the light and peace from our time together.
